FOOD SAFETY & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep perishable products refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below.
• Keep products covered and protected from heat, moisture, and contamination.
• Do not leave perishable foods at room temperature.
• Store breads, cookies, brownies, panettone, and other non-perishable baked goods in a cool, dry place.
• Refrigerate products containing milk, cream, custard, whipped cream, fresh fruit or anything that needs to be refrigerated!
• Wash hands before handling food and use clean utensils when serving.
• For best quality and freshness, consume products within the recommended time.
• When in doubt, keep it refrigerated and do not consume if it appears spoiled.
