KING BAKERY — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All King Bakery products are freshly prepared and made for our customers. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY:
Customers are responsible for making sure that the item, quantity, flavor, size, and other order details are correct before completing their purchase. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Once an order has been packaged and shipped, King Bakery is not responsible for damage, delays, mishandling, melting, changes in appearance, or other issues that may occur during shipping or delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and following all recommended storage and handling instructions upon receiving their order.

REFUND & STORE CREDIT REQUESTS:
King Bakery strives to satisfy every customer and address legitimate concerns whenever possible. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or there is an issue with the quality of your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order.

To submit a request, please email us at @kingbakery.48@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order information
  • The name of the item
  • A clear photo of the item and, if applicable, the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after the 12-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

After reviewing your request, King Bakery will determine, at its discretion, whether the issue qualifies for a refund or store credit.

REFUND PROCESSING:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the refund does not appear after the applicable processing period, please contact us. King Bakery may provide store credit when a refund cannot be successfully processed to the original payment method.
